The Village Office is the main source of information for residents. Housed in the Village Office are the Deputy Clerk, Deputy Treasurer, Clerical Staff, Building Inspector/Fire Marshal.

The Village Administrator maintains office in the Village Hall in addition to the Clerk/Treasurer, Office Staff and Building Inspector/Fire Marshal. The Village Administrator facilitates village operations on behalf of the Mayor and Trustees, co-supervises Village departments, coordinates all activities of the Village government.

The Village Clerk maintains office in the Village Hall in addition to the Office Staff and Building Inspector/Fire Marshal. The Clerk is the custodian of all village records and carries out the policies of the Mayor and Trustees, co-supervises Village departments, coordinates all activities of the Village government. The Village Clerk is in charge of the Village office, Village elections and issues all licenses and permits.

The Village Treasurer maintains office in the Village Hall in addition to the Office Staff and Building Inspector/Fire Marshal. The Treasurer is the custodian of all funds and approves all purchases, is instrumental in the preparation of the annual budget, is responsible for the receipt, disbursement, accounting for and investment of all Village funds, and collects taxes.

The Superintendent of Public Works co-supervises Village Departments, is responsible for the operation of the Water and Sewer Plants, docks and marinas, beaches, parks, and all public facilities; in addition to the maintenance and repair of all municipal facilities, buildings, grounds, water and sewer systems and public walkways; and the coordination and oversight of all Village construction projects. The Superintendent of Public Works prepares for and assists in the numerous Village events that take place in season.
